Dies ist unsere Standard-Reparaturgebühr und deckt alle notwendigen Reparaturen an einem Proukt ab, z. B. eine Kapuze oder eine Decke.

Bitte drucke deine Bestellbestätigung aus, sobald die Zahlung abgeschlossen ist, und sende die Artikel zusammen mit dem Bestellausdruck im Paket an uns zurück. (falls du die Bestellbestätigung nicht ausdrucken kannst, füge einfach die Bestellnummer zu dem Artikel beiliegenden Zettel hinzu).

Bitte stelle sicher, dass ALLE Artikel vor dem Versand gewaschen und trocken sind (es ist wichtig, dass die Artikel bei über 40 Grad mit viel Waschmittel und Weichspüler in der Maschine gewaschen und verpackt werden, sobald sie völlig trocken sind) und stelle bitte sicher, dass du der Bestellung eine Kopie beifügst, aus der deine Kontaktdaten und deine Rücksendeadresse hervorgehen.

Änderungen werden in der Regel innerhalb von 14 Werktagen an den Kunden zurückgesandt, sofern nichts anderes mitgeteilt wird.

Großbritannien – Die Gebühr beinhaltet das Rücksendeporto.

Nicht-Großbritannien – Porto wird gemäß unserem standardmäßigen internationalen Portotarif berechnet.

Repairs!!

I have over the last 10 or so years purchased new rugs and hoods, love the shiny show rug and hood and leg wraps for my traditional gipsy cobs These are are excellent products. At the end of the season we have sent rugs, and hoods back to be repaired as one of my boys is a bit destructive, very occasionally zips and velcrose replaced, they all come back good as new, truely a lifetime service. Highly recommended.

Repair Service that is second to None !!
My hoods are returned at the end of the winter for repair and are returned with zips replaced where necessary and all snags and rips patched to perfection. 100% happy with the service. Thanks Snuggy x
