Thank you VERY much for replacing my hood, it arrived in the post at the
end of last week and is now back on the horse.
Hopefully this one will last 20 years as the previous one did.
Many thanks again,

My boys love their pjs especially on these cold winter nights. The love it more that they don't have to get fully undressed to go out in the field in the morning as I leave them on under their outdoor rug.
I love their pjs because I know that they'll stay warm, especially cruse with his arthritic neck& get shiny. They also fit easily - even the long necked warmblood.
And in the wet weeks they wear their hoods& the little pony has his bug rug to keep the midges off in summer.
All sorted from one place.
Thank you

I just wanted to email to say how much I love your hoods and thank you for such a brilliant product! I show both of my horses as well as competing affiliated dressage with my ridden horse and the snuggy hood they share is an integral part of the preparation. Keeps them clean, hay out of the plaits, etc. Fabulous! I have just qualified my ridden horse for the BD Regional Championships and the preparation time on the morning of competitions is cut significantly by the hood. Plaits done at 9pm the night before stay intact, and no annoying bits of hay to pick out of them. Compared to cheaper imitations they certainly come out on top, my hood has survived 2 years of being shared between horses both in the stable and the field, while hoods belonging to my friends that have had less use but are cheaper versions have long since been thrown away.
Thank you!
Best wishes,
Fiona.

Just a quick email regarding the turnout hood i ordered for my horse. I emailed before and got a quick reply. I wasnt sure how my horse would cope with his face covered as he has a few holes in his face due to surgery. The hood came and was v pleased with the quality.
He has worn it for the last 4 days. It hasnt moved, rubbed and has allowed him to go and be the bog monster he is whilst keeping his surgical sites clean. Worth every penny!
Thank you very much!!!

I just wanted to write to you to express my thanks for all your help
with getting a Snuggy Hood to fit our Warmblood mare. You may remember
that I had some trouble with the fit of the headless hood which I
purchased at "Your Horse Live" last month. I was keen to get a good neck
cover for her, as the ones which attach to her rugs rubs her mane
terribly, leaving her mane-less by spring.
I have recieved the replacement hood (with a head), which fits her
perfectly and does not move at all. I was reticent about a neck cover
with a head as the mare is quite head shy - however, she does not object
to having the hood put on or taken off (she even puts her head down to
help).
We are really pleased with the hood - even if the children do think she
looks like Zorro! I have attached some photo's of Finn in her new hood
(which you can see she has 'christened' on her first outing in the field).
This email is really to thank you and the team for your advice and
excellent customer service in getting the right solution for Finn, I
really appreciate the help and will certainly recommend your product and
service to others.

My horse has suffered with Sweet Itch since he joined our family in
June 2006.We tried two well known types of fly blankets, hoods, masks
and misc. products. The first type from Ke Ooops(better not use names)
had the weave too open to prevent the Midges from biting. In addition
the Belly band was useless because it hung inches below the belly_.I
contacted this company about the problems, they acted as if they
couldn't care less_.Finally I came across information about Snuggy Hoods
LTD, in the UK.I reached them by e-mail and a person responded quickly
and asked questions regarding my horse's needs. She also took into
consideration my financial situation at the time.I ordered and received
my Hood (covers his face from just behind his nostrils up and way down
to his withers.Another part of the hood goes across his chest and
between his front legs (an area where he would get bitten)and is then
attached.Put on the front leg covers then started with the "Rug".It's as
if he has a body-suit on.It's the first summer he has had comfort and
relief from those nasty bites of the midges.Plus, is material is
breathable, doesn't need to be removed as others are. This is another
major highlight. There were a couple of rips and the chin cover had
rubbed a sore on my horse.I e-mailed them and told them the
details._They were sincerely concerned_, asked for photo, and asked that
we keep the Rug, mail the Hood back the least expensive way
possible. They were going to re-make the Hood/Rug and send it back with
adjustments to prevent the sore and the rips._All this and no charge to
me._This summer my horse has been comfortable and happy. That makes me
very thankful to Snuggy Hoods LTD and the devoted people like Racheal.

Hi, I would just like to say thank you for the alterations that you did on my rug. I recieved it ages ago but have only just unpacked it and put it on. I was a little dubious about it fitting because I couldn't believe that you could just look at some photos and know where to adjust it. But I am pleased to say the rug now fits perfectly. I can see exactly where you have put in a tuck and will know which stitches to remove if I ever need to! The head also looks great it fits perfectly not too lose and not to tight, I like the extra padded bit. Thanks again.

I thought you might be interested to see your snuggy hood modified to
turn it into a night time fly mask.
Tilly seems to be really sensitive to flies and / or pollen and by the
morning she can be very touchy about being touched around her head; she
is in all day to get her out of the flies.
I decided to add net ears to the regular hood, a net muzzle net that
covers her nostrils but doesn't get in the way of her grazing and a D
ring plus dangly string to assist catching without head touching as and
when necessary.
It has made a huge difference to her. I don't like putting a fly mask on
her at night, I worry about restricted vision, she is out with 6 others.
She has been stood like a statue in the morning whilst those around her
have been twitching and flicking and the head shaking that used to greet
me in the field as she tried to rid herself of the biting insects
appears to be a thing of the past.
The muzzle net is attached with velcro. the loops have attracted some
grass bits but the net can be easily replaced if it gets torn in the
field. If she tears the ears I will have to replace them too but I
haven't made those quite so easy to replace so I hope she will be careful!!
I might add dangly string over the eye so it falls over her eyes when
she drops her head to graze but the flies seem to annoy her more around
the head and ears than her eyes. I do have a hood with ears but decided
to add the net to the other hoods I have because I felt in this warm
weather it was perhaps a little too warm, even at night.
I am very impressed by the durability of your hoods, Tilly has benefited
hugely from having them.

Hi, I thought you might enjoy these photos of some of our welsh pony & cob youngstock with their snuggy hoods on. They all had basic new year tidy up, manes plaited over and hoods added to start preparations for show season. And the little grey filly has a mad wild mane so the hood will
be very useful to tame it!

I have been so pleased with my hood. My horse is a shire cross with a very thick mane and lately people have remarked for the first time how lovely his mane is looking!! Only trouble is he has nicked it in a few places. Can you replace the elastic girth and under neck pieces at the same time? I have had it a year now and it has come back once for a repair. I think I shall have to buy another as I love it so much. My friends will hopefully buy one too.

I would like to express my thanks at the very efficient service provided. I bought 2 turn out hoods last year at your horse live. The zip in 1 went and I visited your stand this year at the same event on Sat 8th Oct. They took hood the zip replaced and returned to me by Tues 18th Oct.
I was gob smacked when I returned home to see the parcel. So Thank you for your prompt service. With a totally white well browny grey at present I couldn't be without them.

Here is a photo of my Arab Horace wearing his new Turn out Hood. It's brilliant, keeps his long white mane spotless, amazing at this time of year! He seems very comfortable in it. My grandsons now call him Burglar Bill, I suppose you can see why!
Thanks again for a great product and excellent service.

Hi there, I sent my hood in for the repair of a tear on the neck about 2 months ago. I only just got it out of the bag to use last night and I noticed you've also patched up the face which was starting to show some wear and tear.
Thank you so so much!! That was really nice of you. Much appreciated. I've heard such great things about your customer service and that just reiterated it :-)

Hello, I bought a set of Horesy Jim Jams from you at the Blair Horse Trials a few years ago, at the time my horse was a two year old and i had no idea how big he would grow but couldnt wait any longer for a pair so i got ones that were far to big in the hope that he would grow into them, i bought the full set, rug, hood, 4 bandages and a saddle cover, it was the last day of the event and wanted everything in blue with sheep and bought every i could in this style,
Alot has changed over the years William grew into his Jim Jams, he gerw into a lovely young man who has since been sold, i gave up horses for a year while i had my first child who also has a dressing gown and blancket of the same colour and design and i have just found myself a new horse who arived with me at the start of the week, so the Jim Jams have been pulled out from under the bed and THANK GOD they fit the new horse!!!
I got such a hard time from people for spending so much on these bit i think it was the bast thing i have ever done and all these years later they are on horse number 2 and i still LOVE them to bits and it still makes the other liverys at my yard smile every time my horse sticks her head out the stable with the floppy ears.
Thank you so much for the best buy of my life.
I have a lovely photo of William in them when they were still far to big but he wore them anyway, not shure how to send it to you tho.
Thank You again.

Help, my horse has torn his turnout snuggy hood on the face. How do I go about using the repair service you offer? I am going to be lost without it. Great product. As soon as I can afford another I will get one for my other horse! It has enabled me to let the horses live out over the majority of the winter. My horses are clipped and competing weekly. The horse with the snuggy hood has not grown clip back half as quick as normal and remains really clean. Highly recommended.

I'd like to thank you so much for your extremely prompt return of my two hoods, both beautfully enlarged with the extra soft padding. I was phoned up on Wednesday afternoon to say that the hoods were ready, so I payed by card over the phone, and was truly amazed and delighted to have the door bell ring early Thursday morning with the hoods.
Both hoods now fit very well, with that bit of extra room that was needed on my Highland. I am thrilled with your company and the products and your service, a huge thank you.
