The standard of customer service offered by Snuggy Hoods is second to none. I have used their hoods and sweet itch rugs for a few years now and apart from them being a brilliant invention the staff are always so helpful to offer you any help. I have recently decided to repair my oldest most loved hood and rang SH to ask for some repair material, I have just received a selection of materials from them all free of charge - even the postage. A big thumbs up to both the nice ladies there and thank you to them. A company I would definately recommend.

Hi! I just want to say how wonderful your products are! I have the neck warmer which came in VERY handy with all of this snow and is so cosy and such good quality!The picture is of me with my neck warmer on after playing in the snow with our dog and I still didn't get cold! My dad also has the blue sheep saddle cover and it keeps his saddle in tip-top condition and has lasted him years. I am saving up and hopefully one day I will be able to buy your snuggy jams for my pony as I think they are really cool and come in so many colours and patterns.I just want to advise people who have not yet purchased something from Snuggy Hoods to get something now as they are such good value for money.
