The Snuggy Hoods Tail Bag, is quick and easy to use and can be worn in the stable, field or for travelling - helping keep your horses tail clean and tidy. Designed to be used with either traditionally plaited, pulled or full tails (the latter can be loosely plaited just under the dock) a nifty central Velcro strap is threaded through the plait to secure the bag, with an elasticised toggle pulled around the tail for added security.
The toggle system helps prevent any muck getting into the bag, but also allows owners with horses that have extra long tails to 'loop' the bag back up in half, to prevent it dragging on the floor or being trodden on. A Velcro hem, allows the bottom of the bag to be opened so that the tail can be guided through by hand, allowing the tail to be kept smooth and tangle free. The unique design of the Tail Bag ensures that the majority of the tail is covered, allowing owners to continue bandaging the top half of the tail for protection or finish. Because the tail does not have to be plaited through entirely for use, it saves time and fuss as well as leaving the horse with smooth, clean, kink free locks. Snuggy Hoods aim to dispatch stock items within 3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) after the order was placed, subject to product availability. We will aim to dispatch Made to order items such as Jams, Sheath and Udder Covers and Made to measure items within 14 days
No orders will be dispatched on Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays – unless by prior arrangement at extra cost to the customer.
You must inform us as soon as possible if your parcel has been delayed or damaged in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Unspoiled goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned (at customers expense) within 14 days of order along with proof of purchase. Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please notify Snuggy Hoods of any goods that have been damaged in transit within 72 hours of receipt or no exchange will be considered. Please dispatch goods by Recorded Post or Parcel Force and include proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. Snuggy Hoods will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.
Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in new condition. P&P for exchanges will be charged at our current rate. Please try to order the correct size and contact us if we can be of any further help with sizing.
