The following statement explains our policy regarding the personal information we collect from and about you.

Should you decide to complete our enquiry form or to order any of our products, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name, address, email address and - if using a credit card to purchase - credit card details). These details are never passed to a third party. In addition credit card details are passed in encrypted form and are destroyed once your order has been processed.

When ordering products, a short text file called a 'cookie', is downloaded to your computer. This is common practice among many websites as cookies enable website publishers to do useful things. We use cookies to hold details of what you have ordered (but NOT your name, address, email address or credit card details) until you decide to go to our checkout page. Once you have checked out your order the cookie we placed on your computer is deleted.

You can set your computer to accept all cookies, to notify you when a cookie is issued, or not to receive cookies at any time. The last of these, of course, means that you will not be able to order our products online.
