How to Order
This site is an online Shopping Cart that enables you to purchase products securely with your credit card.
You can also order by calling +44 (0)1225 783399. If you prefer, you can send an order by e-mail to
sales@snuggyhoods.com. Be sure to have the product name, size, colour/style and quantity of each item you wish to order, along with payment information, when you call. Our Customer Care staff are available by phone or email Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
To order online using our secure Shopping Cart
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order:
1. Find the Items You Want
If you want to order an item from us, click the "Buy" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Basket, keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking the "view basket" link at the top of the page of our website.
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Basket. If you decide that you have changed your mind and don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "remove" button next to the title.
When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Basket, click the "to checkout" button.
The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us telling us as much information about what occured and what stage you were at as possible on web@easitill.co.uk.
Enter your e-mail address and password and click "log in".
If you are a new website user
If you are shopping with us for the first time, you will be asked to create an account. Registering will capture your address and contact details. You will be asked to create a password for logging in in the future. A confirmation email with this password will be emailed to you for safe keeping. Should you decide to shop with us again, and we hope that you do, this will enable you to order more quickly next time as your address details will already be stored.
Please note if you have registered with our previous website you will still need to register with this website as a new user. Sorry, but we cannot carry the previous website details across to the new system.
Registering with the website
Please complete the on-line "Register" form fully with the necessary details and ensure all fields marked "*mandatory" are not left blank and then click the button "register" once completed. Once an account has been created you will now be automatically logged into the website with your new account, you will be able to continue through the checkout to complete your purchase.
Tell us where you would like your order delivered.
It is recommended that you include a phone number that you can be contacted on. This will ensure that if there is any issue with the delivery, the Carrier will be able to contact you.
Tell us the address where your card is registered to.
Carefully check over your order and make sure that your address details are correct and that you are happy with the order. Once you are happy to pay click "purchase". You will then be directed to the payment pages to enter your payment details.
Enter your debit or credit card details and any security details requested.
Once you have selected your payment choice and payment has been successfully executed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. This will include your order reference number, order details and shipping address.
